With all the rain and flooding in Houston, I've begun to think a boat may be needed to get around. Making light of the situation, I wanted to pull out my Nautical pants as seen here. I've been having this green eyelet for a while that I purchased from JoAnns along with the Nautical fabric, but I didn't know what to use it for. When looking in my pattern catalog, I knew this Vogue pattern would be a great fit as a top. Cropped tops are complementary with high waist pants.
I made option B with these changes:
-Omitted Contrast Hem
-Omitted Sleeves
-Shorten above waist by 3"
And to think, we have another week of heavy downpour.
