DIY Neon Lights Dress

My brother graduated this weekend with his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. 

The ladies in the family all wore custom outfits.  My mother made a wonderful blue and tan linen outfit and I made my sister and I this Dolman Shirt dress.  The pattern used was Kwick Sew, view A. 

The alterations were:

-Ivory dress: Making option A, shortening the sleeves by 4”

-Adding 20” to bottom of shirt

-Pegged 3” on each side

-Neon Pink dress: Making option A, cutting 1” into the neck creating more of a boat neck look

-Added 26” to bottom of shirt

-Tapered to fit in waist and hip
